چکیده

The purpose of this study was to prepare stable polymer-liposome complexes using a new, improved one-pot method. Complexes prepared by the conventional method were used as reference. combines vesicle formation and complexation with polymer in single step allowing for fewer steps compared thin-film followed coating. This has possibility complexing on surface within aqueous core liposomes. Soya phosphatidylcholine (SoyPC) combination different amounts either dioleoyl trimethylammoniumpropane (DOTAP, positively charged) or egg phosphatidylglycerol (Egg PG, negatively complexed alginate chitosan, respectively. All alginate-liposome larger naked liposomes zeta potential changed from positive negative after polymer. Polydispersity index (PDI) analysis showed narrow size distributions implying homogenous populations. best stability obtained employing 20 mol% DOTAP membrane. formulation during whole four months period when test performed. chitosan-liposome generally difficult extrude than due need pore membrane extrusion. Based these results, can be preparing complexes. For alternative methods reduction should investigated.

Preparation of stable magnetic nanofluids containing Fe3O4@PPy nanoparticles by a novel one-pot route

Stable magnetic nanofluids containing Fe3O4@Polypyrrole (PPy) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by using a facile and novel method, in which one-pot route was used. FeCl3·6H2O was applied as the iron source, and the oxidizing agent to produce PPy. Trisodium citrate (Na3cit) was used as the reducing reagent to form Fe3O4 NPs. The as-prepared nanofluid can keep long-term stability. The Fe3O4@PPy ...

A novel approach for the one-pot preparation of α-ketoamides by anodic oxidation.

The direct oxidative synthesis of α-ketoamides via anodic oxidation was developed by using dioxygen as a reactant under mild conditions. This methodology has a broad substrate scope (aromatic amines, aliphatic amines and ammonium acetate) and opens up an interesting and attractive avenue for the synthesis of α-ketoamide derivatives.

Preparation of the Water-Soluble Pyrene-Containing Fluorescent Polymer by One-Pot Method

A new water-soluble pyrene-containing fluorescent polymer, 1-{31-S-[poly(acryloyl ethylene diamine hydrochloride)-21-methyl propionic acid]}propionyloxy hexyloxy pyrene (P3) with defined structure, was designed and synthesized using the click reaction between thiol and a carbon-carbon double bond. The intermediate products P1 (S-1-dodecyl-S1-[poly(N-Boc-acryloyl ethylene diamine)-21-methyl prop...

A single-step method of liposome preparation.

All the liposome preparation protocols, which involve drug encapsulation are multi-step processes, i.e. they consist of one or several steps of preparation and homogenization. The conditions of converting all lipids into vesicles smaller than 200 nm were determined by replacing ultrasonication with mechanical stirring of the buffer and solution of lipids in a low-boiling point organic solvent o...
